ABOUT US

Brian comes from a family filled with military veterans after being born in East Orange, NJ.  He completed his teenage years in Baltimore, MD.  Brian attended Virginia State University and graduated with a BS Degree in International Relations and Distinguished Military Graduate (DMG), along with being commissioned as a Second Lieutenant from Virginia State University's ROTC Program into the Army's Quartermaster Corp.  His 20+ year military career consisted of combat operations with the 2nd Armored Division(FWD) during Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm (the Gulf War), as a U.S. Army Ranger with the 3rd Special Forces Group(Airborne) in Haiti, West Indies during Operation Uphold/Restore Democracy,  and along with a host of other exciting and adventurous assignments until his retirement. 

Brian served his first 10-years on active duty and then decided to join the Army Reserve at the rank of Major to complete his military career. So, when he entered the civilian job market he was hired as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for two powerhouse drug companies; Astra Merck Inc and Merck, Sharp and Dhome.  Brian went back to the Middle East again but this time as an ex-pat and worked 4-years as a Contracts and Subcontracts Manager for Haliburton and KBR, during Operation Iraqi Freedom. 

Additionally, in May of 2019, Brian graduated from Columbia University with a Masters of Social Work degree. Brian believes his social work skills began while serving in the military as he traveled around the world and he doesn't see it ending anytime soon.  He personally has helped thousands of men and women military Veterans with homelessness, employment, and mental health as a social worker.  Continuing his service to veterans, Brian worked in the Outpatient Mental Health Clinics at the Manhattan and Brooklyn New York Veterans Hospitals providing psychotherapy and counseling to Veteran patients.
